The Trinity College School (TCS) Web site (www.tcs.on.ca) exists to provide the School’s constituents with information and online services. TCS respects the privacy of its online visitors and does not sell or rent any information obtained from its Web site to any other organization or third party.

When you visit the TCS Web site, the server automatically collects a limited amount of information. This information includes your IP address, the name of your Internet Service Provider, and information concerning your browser and operating system. The information is used in connection with the operation and security of the site to perform statistical analysis of user trends and interests, and to help TCS make the site more useful to visitors. Under no circumstances will TCS attempt to identify you personally or disclose the information for any other purpose without explicitly obtaining your consent.

There may be occasions when visiting the TCS Web site that you voluntarily provide the School with personal information. TCS collects only information that is knowingly provided by the individual and will take reasonable steps to protect any personal information you choose to share with the School in a controlled, secure environment. The information that you provide will only be accessible to authorized TCS employees unless specifically otherwise stated (for example, the TCS Alumni E-mail Directory).

All TCS families are strongly encouraged to provide the School with a primary e-mail address that will be used for communication between the School and home. E-mail addresses will not be shared with, or sold to, outside third parties and will only be used for official School business.
