Guild Valentine’s Celebration is all heart

The volunteers of the Trinity College School Parents’ Guild put their hearts into hosting a wonderful Valentine’s Celebration on Tuesday, February 13th. Students and staff are so grateful to the guild for spreading the love on this special day.

Volunteers worked for weeks in advance organizing “Valentine Hugs,” such as delicious “monster munch” toffee popcorn, cake truffles, candy and flowers, along with special messages from parents and friends who ordered packages to be delivered during the celebration in Cirne Commons. Generous families also donated items for a baked goods sale, including candies and cupcakes.

In honour of the celebration, Junior and Senior School students enjoyed a non-uniform day, wearing pink, white and red.

Special thanks to all of our parent volunteers, led by Kelly Aitchison P’22 and Kim Roblin P’22 (special events co-chairs), and Alison Sprayson P’23 ’25 (marketing coordinator). And to everyone who ordered a Valentine Hug, not only did you put smiles on the faces of our students and staff, but you also helped to contribute to the guild’s ongoing fundraising efforts that benefit all students.
