TCS Parents’ Guild celebrates 116th AGM

The Trinity College School Parents’ Guild and Headmaster Stuart Grainger hosted the guild’s Volunteer Appreciation Breakfast and Annual General Meeting the morning of Thursday, June 7th in Osler Hall. Dozens of parents enjoyed a delicious breakfast.

After breakfast the 116th Annual General Meeting of the TCS Parents’ Guild took place. TCS is very proud to have the oldest active guild in Canada. Mr. Grainger expressed his gratitude to the many parents for their loyal volunteer efforts and time enhancing the lives of all our students.

Highlights of the meeting included guest speakers Alison Elliott, the School’s environmental coordinator, who talked about the Farm Field Forest program and Junior School outdoor classroom program, and faculty member Sasha Vojnov, who spoke of the robotics program.

Guild President Janet Fox P’20 presented the annual donation of $10,000, to Mr. Grainger to support the TCS Parents’ Guild Bursary. The 2018-2019 executive was announced and are looking forward to an exciting year ahead.
