Holiday treat fundraiser adds to festive feeling

If the smiles on the faces of students and staff were any indication, the Trinity College School Parents’ Guild’s “holiday treat” fundraiser was a huge success.

In early December, the guild provided the opportunity for community members to order fun Christmas treat packages. The initiative was both a fundraising project to support the guild’s ongoing efforts to enhance the daily life of all students, as well as a spirit-raising endeavour to contribute to the festive atmosphere at TCS.

On Tuesday, December 18th, guild volunteers set up in Cirne Commons to hand out hundreds of hand-packaged treats to eager students and staff, many containing warm messages from the sender. It was a perfect way to mark the last week of school before the Christmas break, and our thanks go to all of the guild volunteers who made this special initiative possible, as well as to everyone who placed an order!
