  • Fourteen student-musicians named to participate in CIS Music Festival

Trinity College School music students from both the Junior and Senior Schools will be participating in the Conference of Independent Schools Music Festival (CISMF) this year, at Roy Thomson Hall on Saturday, April 15, 2023. These students successfully completed the audition process and will be rehearsing with their ensembles in February and April to prepare for their performances.

From the Senior School:

  • Michelle Kim – flute, Symphonic Band
  • Charlotte Patterson – clarinet, Symphonic Band
  • Arjun Sharma – violin, Orchestra
  • Mitchell Baboolal – bass clarinet, Wind Ensemble
  • Robin Xu – bass guitar, Jazz Band
  • Allen Tang – alto saxophone, Jazz Band
  • Beau Lee – alto saxophone, Jazz Band

As well, music teacher Nicola Lee has been named as a conductor of the CISMF Jazz Band.

From the Junior School, all performing in the Concert Band:

  • Crystal Ding– flute
  • Claudia Zeng– flute
  • Quinlyn Mendum– clarinet
  • Evan Thomas– clarinet
  • Connor Demrovsky– French horn
  • Ira Hodges– trombone
  • Arwen Rankin– percussion
