TCS Squash Championship a big hit on the courts

The Trinity College School Squash Championships took place Saturday, January 21st at the Ernest Howard Squash Centre at TCS. Sixteen members of the school community competed in an exciting one-day tournament, organized by faculty member and squash coach, Sasha Vojnov.

In addition to students and staff, we welcomed to campus three alumni who participated in the tournament: Nick Lipski ’14, Derek Pailing ’08 and Ryan Reid ’95 P’24.

In the end, alumnus Ryan Reid was the champion. He faced off against current student #1 player Alex Chin ’23, winning the match 11-7, 11-8, 11-8 in a hard fought battle.

Thank you to all the participants, particularly our alumni who made the trip to campus to play in the tournament. It was a great day on the courts!
