Trinidadian alumni welcome touring Bigside rugby team

The Trinity College School alumni community in Trinidad warmly welcomed the touring Bigside boys rugby team with a reception in Port of Spain the evening of Monday, March 13th. Thirty-five alumni gathered with the team at Rizzoni’s Ristorante Italiano, owned by Old Boy Ryan Chin ’02.

Thank you to Trinidadian alumnus Jerome Poon Tip ’01 for organizing the team’s playing tour of the island, and to legacy parents Chris Mack ’90 P’23 and Curtis Mack ’94 P’24 for sponsoring the tour.

The Bears kicked off the tour by winning their first match, on Saturday, March 11th versus the Trinidad & Tobago Under-19 Selects team, 20-15.
