The system for booking Junior School Parent-Teacher Meetings will open to parents and guardians at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, February 8th and remain open until noon on Thursday, February 11th.

As in the fall, February Parent-Teacher Meetings will be conducted virtually. Using the Pickatime system, parents will book 10 minute Zoom meetings with their child’s teacher; we ask that you book two back-to-back sessions with your homeform teacher (for 20 minutes total). More than one parent/guardian is welcome to attend using the same Zoom link.

Junior School Parent-Teacher Meetings will take place on:

• Thursday, February 18th: 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. ET
• Friday, February 19th: 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. ET (Please note students will stay home on this day.)
