This year, it is important that we do all we can to stop the spread of seasonal influenza in our school community. In light of COVID-19, reducing the burden on our healthcare system caused by seasonal influenza is crucial.

This year, TCS will be able to offer the flu vaccine, and parents can click here to download the Seasonal Influenza Immunization Form which must be filled out if you wish your child to receive the vaccine. The form should be submitted by Friday, October 30th to TCS Director of Health Services, Jennifer Kedwell (email to jkedwell@tcs.on.ca or fax to 905-885-8860).
