Holiday Reading Challenge
Over the December Break (December 18th-January 4th), the Junior and Senior School libraries are inviting students to take the Holiday Reading Challenge, recording each day they read 30 minutes or more. Readers may choose anything they wish – fiction, non-fiction, articles, graphic novels, blogs, audiobooks, poetry, websites. The goal of the challenge is to get people reading for pleasure!
Each day that participants read the minumum requirement, they can record this on the spreadsheet:
- The Senior School spreadsheet was sent to students and staff by email and is linked on the library website
- The Junior School spreadsheet was provided to families in the December 10th and 17th Junior School News (note: JS parents are welcome to take part)
Each day of reading equals a ballot in a draw for fun prizes following the break.
