People in the U.S. and around the world honour the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. annually on the third Monday of January, which this year falls on January 18th.

In the Junior School, the newly-formed Allies Against Racism group will host a Black Lives Matter Awareness Day, asking students to wear black shirts, or their BLM shirts purchased during the fundraising drive for Black Youth Helpline and Black Legal Action Centre.

In the Senior School, Dr. King will be honoured during Monday's chapel service.
