As previously communicated, to accommodate those students who have not yet been able to access COVID-19 vaccines or complete a COVID-19 vaccination series, the Haliburton, Kawartha, Pine Ridge District Health Unit will be coming to Trinity College School to provide on-site clinics on Monday, September 13th and Monday, October 4th.

Parents/guardians must provide the TCS health centre consent for their child to attend the clinic. Please contact jkedwell@tcs.on.ca to register your child for one or both of the clinics. Should a student self-declare their intent to attend one or both of the clinics, parents will be contacted to provide consent. Informed consent for vaccination will be provided by the students to the vaccinating nurses. Identification in the form of an Ontario Health Card or photo identification (passport) will be used to identify the students for record-keeping purposes.
