Tuesday, March 8th marks International Women's Day, a day to celebrate the achievements of women and to call for gender equality. The theme of this year's event is #BreaktheBias.

The Women's Issues Awareness Club (WIAC) will be hosting a dress down day in both the Junior and Senior Schools (see below for further information) and is asking for voluntary donations to support a local organization supporting women in situations of domestic violence:

• Junior School: Students may wear purple shirts, purple accessories or their "Hate Has No Home Here" clothing/wristbands.
• Senior School: Students may wear purple shirts or accessories.
