This year, the Junior School will be working within class cohorts to honour the 40th anniversary of the Marathon of Hope, beginning on Tuesday, September 29th and running for two weeks until Tuesday, October 13th, by aiming to run, swim, bike, hike or skate over 3,000 kilometers in total. This represents the distance that Terry still had to run from Thunder Bay to his home in British Columbia, when cancer forced him to abandon his quest. Our goal is simple: to finish the mileage that Terry couldn't, and "bring him home" to Port Coquitlam, BC. (Junior School parents or students who accumulate mileage at home can record that in the student's planner.)
