Under the auspices of the Cultural Awareness Group, TCS will celebrate Lunar New Year, or the Spring Festival, and the incoming Year of the Rat, January 23rd to 24th.

On Thursday, January 23rd, there will be fireworks outside Cirne Hall at 8:30 (students may sign out of study at 8:25 p.m. to attend).

Friday, January 24th will be a non-uniform day in the Senior School where students may wear red/gold instead of their uniforms.

Friday will begin with a special morning chapel service in Memorial Chapel featuring music, a skit and fun house competitions.

During flex, there will be a cooking demonstration in the Hawkins Mezzanine (upper Cirne Commons) - donations will be collected to support educational programs in China.

At all three meals in Osler Hall, there will special Chinese food items available.
