From November 2nd to December 2nd, the Women's Issues Awareness Club will be collecting items for the Shoebox Project to support those identifying as women, transgender or non-binary living in shelters. The collection is focused on new toiletries, cosmetics, stationary, gift cards, socks, winter accessories, etc. (i.e., new items that would fit in a shoebox and be useful to a person living in a shelter). A box will be set up in Cirne Commons to receive donations. Cash donations are also gratefully accepted to purchase items, and can be given to Mrs. Priolo.
