Sally Frackowiak P’02 ’05 ’07, Trustee

After growing up in Wingham, Ontario, Sally graduated from Queen’s University in Kingston and moved to Toronto. She had a brief career at the Royal Bank of Canada and then chose to stay home to raise her three girls, Sarah ’02, Karen ’05 and Anna ’07. Sally and her husband Ed have lived in Oakville for 33 years, and during that time Sally has volunteered in many capacities, especially in church and schools. For more than fourteen years, Sally has been a regular peer support and front desk volunteer at Wellspring, a cancer support centre in Oakville, for 17 years.

Sally served as a governor of the TCS board from 2002 to 2009. During this time, she was a member of the infrastructure committee, governance committee, nominating sub-committee and participated on the ad hoc graduation committee for the 2006 and 2007 graduation dinners. She is a member of the TCS Foundation board and serves on the Foundation governance committee. She was the secretary of the Toronto chapter of the TCS Parents’ Guild prior to the amalgamation of the guild’s two chapters.

Sally is a parent of three TCS graduates and her family has a long history with the School, as both her father and her brother are alumni.
