Tory McKillop ’99

Tory McKillop graduated from TCS in 1999 and went on to study mechanical engineering at Western University.

After graduation she joined EllisDon and worked on site on the company’s first Public-Private-Partnership (P3) project, Brampton Civic Hospital. Wanting to understand more thoroughly the business side of P3 projects, Tory elected to take a one-year educational leave of absence to complete her M.B.A. at the Richard Ivey School of Business, where she was peer-elected to be the vice president of the MBA Association.

Since graduating and returning to EllisDon, Tory has been involved in multiple P3 projects at various stages of completion. Currently, Tory works as director, emerging markets, where she leads EllisDon's marketing procurement team, relies upon her strong mediation skills to achieve consensus among team members, and communicates with multiple consortium stakeholders to prepare and submit successful proposals across the nation and around the globe.

Tory and her husband live in Georgetown and have a son, William. Without fail, the three of them can be found on winter weekends in Collingwood at Craigleith Ski Club and dreaming of snow in the off season!
