Tory McKillop ’99

Tory graduated from Trinity College School in 1999 and went on to Western University (previously known as the University of Western Ontario) where she received her bachelor of engineering (mechanical) degree and thereafter her master of business administration degree.

Engineering degree in hand, Tory joined EllisDon as a site team member on the company’s first Public-Private-Partnership (P3) project, Brampton Civic Hospital – a four year journey, which unlocked Tory’s desire to focus on the corporate side of construction. Since that time, she has continued to build her skill set and experiences by completing her M.B.A. and tackling different leadership roles within EllisDon’s capital, procurement and emerging market teams on a global scale. Currently, Tory is EllisDon’s director of energy and digital services – a role which focuses her energies on the origination, execution and management of intelligent buildings.

Tory is a member of the School’s infrastructure committee and has been involved in such initiatives as the Cirne Commons, Arnold Massey ’55 Athletic Centre and TCS Renaissance Plan.

Tory and her husband Glenn live in Georgetown, Ontario and have an awesome son, William. Without fail, you can find the three of them on the slopes of Craigleith Ski Club in the winter and dreaming of snow in the off season!
