Isabel Tremblay ’94
Isabel is an experienced strategic marketer and innovator who combines start-up experience with corporate strategy to help ventures grow and bring innovation to mature businesses. She is currently leading marketing for the personal savings & investments (PSI) portfolio at Canada’s largest bank, Royal Bank of Canada. Prior to leading PSI, Isabel started the marketing team and created the foundation for growth marketing at RBC Ventures, an innovative group at Royal Bank of Canada that builds new ventures and acquires growing firms to create new relationships with Canadians. Isabel spent the last 17 years in various strategic and marketing leadership roles, notably at McDonald's and eBay Canada, and more recently at the Toronto tech start-ups VarageSale and League.
Isabel graduated from Princeton University with a B.A. in economics and holds an M.B.A. from HEC Montreal. She is a marketing lead instructor at Brainstation and acts as a mentor to small businesses through Futurpreneur Canada.
As part of giving back to the community through RBC, Isabel is actively involved in the RBC Race for the Kids committee which supports children and youth-focused causes around the world. She also served on the TCS board for over 11 years and is now a TCS trustee.
Whenever she can get away on the weekends, Isabel enjoys the outdoors with her husband, three kids and their beloved dog Maple.
