Harriers – Co-ed


Competition
The season starts in early September and concludes with the Ontario Federation of School Athletic Associations (OFSAA) championships in early November. Our team competes in the Conference of Independent Schools Athletic Association (CISAA), a league made up of independent schools from across Ontario. Our team competes in 3-4 invitational meets, the CISAA Championships, and OFSAA for those who qualify.
Facilities
Our campus showcases a first class 5km cross-country course. We host one of the most competitive and highly regarded high school cross country meets in the province.
Development
- Weekly Schedule
- Monday – Hard workout (hills or tempo run)
- Tuesday – Recovery (easy run)
- Wednesday – Race or hard workout (interval training)
- Thursday – Rest
- Friday – Easy/moderate run
- Saturday – Long run
- 3-4 invitational meets, CISAA championship meet, OFSAA championship meet for athletes who qualify

- Overall Team Co-Ed Champions: 2013 & 2022
- Junior Girls Team Champions: 2006, 2007, 2017
- Multiple team and individual top-3 finishes: 2006 – present
OFSAA
- 5-15 athletes qualify to compete at the provincial championships each year
- Midget Girls Champion: 2006
- Top-10 individual finishes: 2007, 2014
- Senior Boys Bronze & Junior Girls 6th place: 2022
