Trinity College School’s 150th Anniversary: May 1, 2015
On May 1, 2015, the Trinity College School community celebrated the School’s 150th anniversary! Founded in Weston, Ontario, Canada by Father William A. Johnson in 1865 and relocated to Port Hope three years later, “The School on the Hill” has a rich and lauded history which predates Canadian Confederation. Our sesquicentennial anniversary, has been a wonderful occasion for the school community to come together to recognize and celebrate the School’s 150 remarkable years of developing habits of the heart and mind for lives of purpose and service.

SHOW US the TCS Ties That Bind every May 1st
On May 1, 2014, with the launch of a year-long celebration leading up to the School’s 150th anniversary, TCS community members, from all over the world, joined the celebration online by participating in the first annual TCS Ties That Bind.
Alumni, current and past parents, students, staff and friends of the School were asked to snap and share a photo of themselves wearing their favourite TCS tie, wherever they were in the world. The School community was excited to show their TCS pride and shared some amazing photos! See photos from the first annual TCS Ties That Bind: Album 1, Album 2.
Get involved! Each year, wherever you are on May 1st, take a photo of yourself wearing your favourite TCS tie and then share your photo with “TCSBears” on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook using #TCSTiesThatBind! Or, if you prefer, email us your picture at firstname.lastname@example.org.
