Residential Assistants

(Contract running August 2024 to June 2025)

Trinity College School is seeking outstanding recent graduates with an undergraduate degree who are considering education as a career. Reporting to the Assistant Head of Senior School – Student Life, the successful candidates will ideally have experience in working with young people in a residential setting. Experience working at a summer camp is an asset. Successful candidates will be provided with room and board on campus and, as such, will live in residence and be fully engaged in the life of the School. The ability and desire to contribute to the School’s dynamic co-curricular program, and offer support in the classroom and/or in other TCS programs, is essential. Candidates with specific experience or interest in community service, athletics, or arts activities should indicate this when applying. These positions also include a number of evening, weekend and long-weekend supervisory duties. A vulnerable sector check is required in this position.

Contracts include health and dental benefits, are pensionable for OCT-certified teachers, and have a possibility of renewal for a second academic year.
