A special group of graduating Grade 12 students at Trinity College School celebrated eight years of learning, growing and building lifelong friendships, at the annual Bear Cub Society luncheon on Monday, May 15th.

Each year, Grade 12 students who have been at the School since Grade 5 are given the chance to “walk down memory lane” in advance of their graduation from TCS. This year, students enjoyed the opportunity to share memories with current Head of Junior School Jennifer Reid and retired Head of Junior School Barbara Piccini. Also joining the party was Grade 5 teacher Heather McClure, who brought along some of the students’ projects and photos from their time in the Grade 5 classroom. The students loved the opportunity to catch up with Ms. McClure, Mrs. Reid and Ms. Piccini and look back on their days in Boulden House, as well as to share their post-secondary plans.

Head of Trinity College School Stuart Grainger was honoured to host the group, which also included TCS Chaplain, Canon Don Aitchison, and Mrs. Jennifer Petrolito from the philanthropy & alumni office, as they gathered at The Lodge for reminiscing and a lovely meal prepared by the culinary services team.

This year’s Bear Cub Society members are: Rachel Bailey, Madeline Craig-Szilard, Merryn Hamilton, Emily Hartleib, Alec Hueston, Kalea Jakic, Jeremiah Lefebvre, Matei Popa, Jack Sprayson, Marie-Anne Urrutia and Eliza Wadds. We wish them all the best on their upcoming graduation and a
