Former Trinity College School athletes brought their A-game to the Arnold Massey ’55 Athletic Centre for a volleyball match against the current Bigside girls team and a basketball game against the Bigside boys the afternoon of Saturday, January 13th.
In front of a good crowd of supporters, the alumni volleyball players, with help from current and former TCS coaches, won the match in three straight sets, 3-0, again this year. Bryan Yue ’08 and Byron MacDonald ’08 were terrific for the alumni team.
Sam Arbour ’19 was outstanding for the alumni basketball team, scoring 50 points in a 94-81 victory over the Bigside boys. Alumni led almost start to finish, even with a short bench. Ola Ogunmola ’19 chipped in 14 points as well.
Thank you to the alumni and fans who braved the snowy weather to come back to campus for an afternoon of friendly competition!
