The Junior School swim team had its CISAA Championship meet on February 27th at the Markham Pan Am Centre. It was exciting to be on deck with so many swimmers and we were ready to swim our very best. This season has been a very fun experience and we’ve had a great time competing in every meet. There were many amazing improvements in this season. Many of our swimmers showed incredible courage in competing in a swim meet for the very first time.

To Thomas and Hector Canakis-McLauchlan for being committed to their improvement all season long.
To Peyton Bresee and Edwin Liang for finishing the season with amazing personal best times at the championship meet.
To Ekam Sidhu for being new to competitive swimming and competing at every meet this season.
We are so happy that we earned many ribbons and medals at the championship meet in both individual and relay events.

We thank everyone who joined the team and helped to make the biggest swim team in Junior School history with 31 swimmers. We would also like to thank our two amazing coaches, Ms. Torrible and Mr. Murray, for the great season we had. We are already looking forward to next year and hope to see you back at the pool.
